Robert Schwan, an undergraduate researcher in the Toor Lab, won the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering's best undergraduate poster award at the 2024 College of Engineering Research Open House.

The Research Open House took place in the Seamans Center on April 25. Students from every department and research center in the college were there to present their posters and discuss their research. 

Robert's poster was entitled "Soft tissue ablation via mid-infrared lasers for surgical applications."
