Lab Position: Undergraduate Researcher (Summer 2021)

Daniel is a mechanical engineering undergraduate student at the University of Iowa. He will be developing medical robotics technologies in collaboration with a UIHC physician, Dr. Sandeep Laroia, and mechanical engineering professors, Professors Caterina Lamuta and Venanzio Cichella.

Past experience: He worked in the Controls, Automation, and Robotics Lab at the University of Iowa during Spring 2021 to design a conveyor belt for moving objects on for the KUKA KORE robot, and recognize and pick objects.
